Day 1: Umbwe Gate to Umbwe Camp
Your Kilimanjaro adventure commences at the Umbwe Gate, where you’ll complete the necessary park registrations. The Umbwe Route is known for its steep and challenging ascent. The first day’s hike takes you through the dense and lush rainforests. The distance covered is approximately 10 kilometers. The trail rises rapidly, setting a demanding pace for your journey. Day 2: Umbwe Camp to Barranco Camp

The distance covered on this day is about 6 kilometers, and your destination is the Barranco Camp, nestled at approximately 3,960 meters. Day 3: Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp

Day 4: Karanga Camp to Barafu Camp

Day 5: Summit Day: Barafu Camp to Uhuru Peak and back to Mweka Camp

Your summit attempt begins in the early hours with a steep and strenuous ascent to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa, just before sunrise. Day 6: Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate
The final day of your trek takes you from Mweka Camp to the Mweka Gate, descending through the lush rainforest zone. The journey spans about 10 kilometers, and the vibrant vegetation provides a contrasting perspective of the mountain. Upon reaching the Mweka Gate, you’ll receive your summit certificates and bid farewell to your dedicated guides and porters.
