BOOKINGS

Bookings are confirmed in written form by email or any other means. Blessed Africa Tours will consider your booking valid after a payment of your 25% deposit. You will need to send a Payment Advice as a proof of payment for the transaction.

DEPOSIT

We require a deposit of 25% upon booking confirmation with us. The balance is to be paid 04 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings that are made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, we require 50% of the total value or a full amount.

If clients have no objection in settling the balance in cash up on arrival, they may do so at Arusha, in our office before the start of the tour.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made via bank transfer, wire transfer and credit card.

For credit card payment we accept Visa and Mastercard.

The surcharge of 4% charged by the bank should not be deducted from the amount to be paid.

AMENDMENTS

Any amendments done by you will not incur any extra cost depending on time. The costs that will increase due to your change in program will be added to your invoice accordingly.

THE CHANGE IN PRICE OF THE TOUR

All our prices are based on current national park fees and government taxes. While we will make every effort to maintain the tour price for confirmed bookings, if there are increases in government fees to a level that becomes unsustainable for us, we will inform you at that time and adjust the prices accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you be forced to cancel your tour, you must inform us in writing. Below find our cancellation fees;

60 to 40 days, 25% of total safari cost

40 to 30 days, 40% of total safari cost

30 to 15 days, 80% of total safari cost

Less than 15 days, 100% of total safari cost

CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATES

Provided that the change of travel dates falls outside the period in which the cancellation policy takes effect, changes will be made depending on accommodation availability and the season in which the tour will take place, and as long as the trip is not postponed to the following year, the tour reservation will be transferred to the new travel dates at no additional cost, and any advance payments already made will be retained.
