Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed in writing via email or other official communication. Your reservation will be considered valid once a 25% deposit has been received. A Payment Advice must be submitted as proof of transaction to finalize the confirmation process.
Deposit Requirements
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled at least three weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made less than four weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of confirmation. Clients may also choose to pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival at our office in Arusha before the safari begins.
Methods of Payment
Payments can be made via bank/wire transfer or credit card. For credit card transactions, a 4% surcharge applies, and this fee must be added to the total amount payable and not deducted from the invoice.
Amendments to Bookings
Amendments to your booking can be made without additional charges depending on the timing. However, any changes that result in increased costs—such as upgrades, additional services, or itinerary changes—will be reflected in your updated invoice.
Changes in Tour Pricing
All tour prices are based on current national park fees and government taxes. While we strive to maintain confirmed prices, any significant increases in government fees may require adjustments. In such cases, you will be informed promptly, and revised pricing will be communicated.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is structured as follows:
- 60–40 days: 15% of total cost charged
- 40–30 days: 30% of total cost charged
- 30–15 days: 80% of total cost charged
- Less than 15 days: 100% of total cost charged
Change of Travel Dates
Travel dates may be changed without additional cost, provided the request is made outside the cancellation penalty period. Changes are subject to accommodation availability and seasonal pricing. Rescheduling must remain within the same calendar year. Any payments already made will be transferred to the new travel dates.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents—including passports, visas, vaccinations, and health certificates—are valid and up to date for the countries being visited. The company will not be liable for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Consent to Terms
Payment of a deposit or any portion of the tour cost constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the company.
