About Tanzania
The United Republic Of Tanzania is located in East Africa between longitude 29° and 41° East, latitude 1° and 12° south. It was formed out of the union of two sovereign states namely Tanganyika and Zanzibar. It is bound in the north by Kenya and Uganda, in the east by the Indian Ocean, in the south by Mozambique, Zambia, and Malawi, and the west by the Democratic of Congo, Burundi, and Rwanda. Dar-Es-Salaam is the country’s commercial city while Dodoma is the administrative capital. Arusha, Moshi, and Mwanza are other economically important cities.
Weather in Tanzania is generally tropical on the coast and temperature in other parts. The country has a population of over 34,000,000 people a fast-growing economy and a high level of investment opportunities. The National language is Kiswahili while English is the primary language of commerce and higher education. Arabic is widely spoken in Zanzibar.

Getting here from Europe or America is usually best done via Amsterdam where there are daily flights by KLM. This will take you to either Kilimanjaro or Dar-Es-Salaam, it takes about 8Hrs and usually arrives in the early evening.
