How to Pay for a Safari in Tanzania?

So you want to come on a safari in Tanzania but aren’t sure how to make the payment? Fear not! You’ve come to the right page. We’ve made the payment process very easy for you below. Read on for your guidelines on making payments to Blessed Africa Tours and Safaris.

Plan your safari with your Sales Agent by customising your itinerary. Secure your trip with a 20% deposit six weeks before arrival via Wise, Revolut, or bank transfer. Payments are accepted in USD or EUR. Final balance is due four weeks before arrival, or in cash upon arrival.

Safari Booking & Payment

  1. Set Your Itinerary First, work with your dedicated Sales Agent to create your safari itinerary as you wish. You’ll have various options to choose from, including trip length, start dates, accommodations, and optional activities. Once everything is settled, we’ll require a deposit to secure your bookings at the hotels.
  2. Secure Your Booking with a 20% Deposit To officially confirm your safari trip,we ask for a 20% deposit, which is due six weeks before your arrival date. You can make this deposit using several secure methods.
  3. Payment Methods

Wise: Create an account with Wise for easy international payments. Visit Wise to get started.

Both Wise and Revolut have small surcharges for their services, but creating an account takes just a few minutes!

Bank Transfer: If you prefer, you can also make your payment via bank transfer. We’ll provide the necessary details once you’re ready to pay.

  1. Confirm Your Payment Once you have made the payment,send an email to your Sales Agent to confirm the money has been sent.
  2. Important Considerations:
    Payment Currency:All payments should be made in US dollars or in Euro.
    Transaction Fees:Be aware that payment through Bank transfer and card incur additional transaction fees. Check the terms for the method you choose.
    Processing Times: Allow time for payments to process, especially for bank transfers. It may take a few days for funds to appear in our account.
    Final Balance: The remaining balance for your safari is due four weeks before your arrival date.

You can also pay by cash up on arrival if it is OK with you.
